3 caught stealing in Tehran, have been demanded to have hands cut off, according to reports.
Tehran’s public prosecutor demanded 3 men accused of theft, to have their hands cut off, on Sunday, in a court headed by Hossein Asgharzadeh.
The main accused in this case stated that he committed a heist to pay the blood money he was charged before.
