A 17-year-old juvenile offender was sentenced to 5 years behind bars for the possession of drugs.
He admitted committing the crime to earn money and support his family who live in extreme poverty.
He is recently kept in a juvenile detention center and will serve his prison sentence after the ruling is upheld.
