Branch 32 of Iran’s supreme court upheld a hand amputation sentence for an inmate by the name of Mostafa Shahi from the city of Khoy, northwest of Iran. He was arrested for theft in 2015.
42-year-old Shahi, father of a little girl, has committed the crime He also expressed concern over Shahi’s imminent amputation.
