The regime’s judiciary in Tehran has upheld the death sentence for three young inmates convicted of kidnapping despite the victims’ family pardoning them.
It is worth noting that under Iran’s retribution law complainants can pardon convicts and he or she should be released in such cases.
The complainant for this case is the prosecutor representative, who demanded maximum punishment for the suspects.
