Three prisoners committed suicide in Karaj’s Rajai Shahr Prison, west of Tehran, due to inhuman conditions in Iran’s prisons.
Two of these inmates by the names of Abdollah Naghdi and Moslem died, while the other remains in dire conditions and hospitalized.
Mohammad Mardani and Yousef Mardi, the prison chief and the head of prison security, respectively, are responsible for the inhuman conditions and these suicides.
