A young man was hanged today, August 28, 2017 in Gohardasht Prison of Karaj, west of Tehran.
He was arrested on March 29, 2017 and sentenced to death for rape, 0 years behind bars and 74 lashes for theft and harassment and a year behind bars for beating a police officer.
The ruling was upheld by Supreme Court and sent to the implementation unit.
