A Baluch Sunni inmate has been denied medical care within the last eight years and is serving prison time without furlough.
55 year-old Abdolkarim Shahbakhsh suffers from asthma, swelling and scarring of the lung and coughs up blood.
He was told to pay $180 to buy medicine from outside the prison and prisons organization does not support him due to his alleged charges.
Being imprisoned over a long time, he didn’t have any way to earn a living to support his family and they live in extreme poverty.
