Iran sentences a Baha’i to five years in prison

Keyvan Pakzadan, a member of Iran’s Baha’i community, has been arrested since June 1st, 2016, for his religious beliefs

He was sentenced to five years behind bars for being a member of the Baha’i community.

There are currently many Baha’is in prison, all on false charges related to their religious beliefs.
