IRGC threatens mother of political prisoner with arrest for talking about daughter’s condition in prison

The mother of political prisoner Golrokh Iraei was threatened by Revolutionary Guards Corps Intelligence agents.
In a telephone call to Tahereh Iraei, they threatened that if she gives interviews or talks about her daughter’s condition with the media, she would be arrested.
Tahereh had in the past given interviews to the media about the pressures on her daughter and son in law Arash Sadeghi, in Evin Prison. On October 24, 2016, security forces stormed Golrokh Iraei’s home, broke down her door, and arrested her to serve her six year prison term.
