Iran: Eleven members of family of executed man killed or hanged by regime

On the morning of August 7, a prisoner was hanged in the Central Zahedan Prison. The prisoner was identified as 32 year old Javad Rigi (also reported as Joda by some websites) and was from the Bidelang Village. Javad Rigi was transferred to a solitary cell along with his 36 year old brother Rahim four months ago. Prison guards hanged his brother in front of him but Javad was returned to his cell. From this family, eleven people have been killed. Six of them have been hanged while five others were killed when Revolutionary Guards Forces attacked their home and fatally shot them.
