Iran: Young woman violently arrested for in public places

A video has been recently published on the internet showing Guidance Patrol cracking down on a woman in Tehran’s Haghani Metro Station.
The video shows female agents pushing the young woman in the street and forcing her into their car.
She is heard as crying out, demanding the agents to let her go.
The mullahs’ law prescribes imprisonment of 10 days to two months for any woman who appears in public without the veil plus a cash fine of 50 to 500 thousand toumans. Women could also be punished to 74 lashes for “wounding public chastity” by appearing in public without the veil.
