Iran: Kurd disappeared man’s wife suffered miscarriage after intelligence agents’ raid

A Kurd man identified as Erfan Karimi has been disappeared since four months ago and there is no information available on his fate or whereabouts to this date.
Erfan Karimi, is accused of collaboration with Kurdish opposition parties. He had been under pressure by intelligence agents of Sanandaj, capital of the Iranian Kurdistan and repeatedly been threatened with arrest.
A source close to Karimi’s family said that Iran’s intelligence agents on November 6, 2017 raided his house in Sanandaj, confiscating his personal belongings. Karimi’s wife Sara Farhadi was alone at home when agents of the Department of Intelligence violently broke into their house. The shocked woman was transferred to hospital, nevertheless, she ended up having a miscarriage after two days.
