Zahra Jensi, deputy secretary of the environmental network of Guilan province, pointed to the extremely terrible condition of Anzali’s wetland and said that unfortunately, for many years, the depth of many deep sections in Anzali has reached a meter, while this year there are not half a meter of water in these areas. She continued that Anzali is one of the strategic wetlands and also considered as an international wetland. If it dries, it will bring a lot of economic and social consequences for the people.
