On Saturday August 12, 30-year-old Ahmad Neisi who is married and is the father of a 5-year-old child, went to Sheiban Prison because he could not afford to pay bail. Neisi, who is a resident of Ahwaz, was arrested by Cyber Police in 2016 because of his internet activities in Khuzestan and was transferred to Evin Prison.
In another case, 23-year-old Hossein Hardan also went to Sheiban prison due to failure in paying bail. He was arrested in 2015 by the Revolutionary Guards Crops for the charge of acting against national security via communication with dissent organizations outside of the country and spreading propaganda against the government.
