On the dawn of September 18 and September 19, two prisoners were hanged in the Boroujerd and Khorramabad prisons.
The inmate hanged in Boroujerd Prison has been identified as Hossein Dalvand while Haji Sabzali was hanged on the dawn of Tuesday at the Parsilon Prison in Khorramabad.
Three other prisoners charged with murder were executed on September 18, 2017 tin the Tabriz Central Prison.
According to an informed source, the identities of the executed men were 61 year old Yousef Ebrahimi, Sina Asadzadeh and Ahad Pourtaghi.
According to the source, Youssef Ebrahimi was arrested 31 years ago on charges of killing a government agent in his village in the Hashtroud suburbs. He was then sentenced to death by the Public and Revolutionary Court.
