Iran: More than 66 prisoners secretly executed from 2009 – 2012

The Judiciary ordered the hanging of an unknown number of prisoners in Birjand Prison from 2009 to 2012. The identities of 66 of these prisoners, which include five women and seven foreign nationals, mostly executed for drug related charges and murder, has been determined. These executions were never announced by state media.
Following are the identities of 66 those secretly executed from 2009 to 2012 in this facility.
