On Wednesday September 5, a man was flogged in Qazvin Court, according to Kurdish human rights groups.
Aref Moradi, 32, was sentenced to 70lashes for cooperating Kurd opposition groups, acting against national security and spying for Israel.
Following the huge protests in Iran on January 2018, Aref Moradi arrested by the security agents and released on bail. Security forces rushed to his home and beated him infront of his family.
