The Iranian regime hanged a prisoner in public in the city of Miandoab, north-west Iran, on January 16 on charge of murder.
His process from the first day of arrest to the execution lasted only less than two months. Expedite the issuance and execution is legally questionable.
The head of the Miandoabl Justice Department, Sheikhnejad, said that after his arrest, he was referred to judicial officials and that his sentence was carried out today following a (death) sentence.
