On Sunday, February 18, Taleb Bassativand, a medical student from Ilam University, was arrested by security agents and taken to an unknown location. According to an informed source, intelligence agents surrounded his home and arrested him without an arrest warrant. He was charged with communicating with Kurd opposition groups. There is no information on his condition and place of detention.
