A lawyer from Shiraz was sentenced to two years of prison and the revocation of his law license for the charge of “insulting the leader”.
Daniel Estakhr was charged after writing a message in Telegram about the group executions of political prisoners in the 1980’s.
He was tried in the 1st Branch of the Shiraz Revolutionary Court presided over by Judge Mahmoud Saadati.
