Agents of the Ministry of Intelligence (MOIS) have called Maryam Karimbeigi and threatened to burn their house.
Maryam’s mother, Shahnaz Akmali, was arrested on January 25, 2017, and taken to Evin Prison.
Maryam’s brother, Mostafa Karimbeigi, was killed by security forces during the 2009 uprising in Tehran.
