Mohammad Nazari, a political prisoner detained in Rajai Shahr prison in Karaj, was transferred to the hospital after 82 days of hunger strike. According to an informed source in prison, Mohammad Nazari’s medical condition is very critical and his vital signs are alarming.
“The prisoner has lost more than 25kg due to his hunger strike, and can barely walk or talk. Prison authorities have injected him with fluids several times but Mohammad Nazari has not been willing to break his hunger strike”, the source added.
