A Baluch man identified as Farhad Lekzaie was fatally shot in the head by agents of the Mersad Kahnouj Base in the Naser Abad region in Kerman.
Reports indicate that the 27 year old man was from Iranshahr.
“The bullet hit his head and the car he was driving overturned and caught fire and my son burned in the fire,” his father said.
