The news of repeated rape of a mentally disabled woman in a government welfare center has shocked and outraged the public.
The director of the center only intends to transfer her to another center.
The 30-year-old woman has lived in this rehabilitation center for several years. An aid worker who wants to remain anonymous said that the young woman was being repeatedly raped by one of the facility workers.
It was found out that it was not the first case but two other mentally disabled women in the center had also been assaulted by this worker.
The director of the center however, called the assailant back up to the work after being fired by the org’s inspectors.
