Baluch political prisoners who have been arrested by the Ministry of Intelligence have been placed in solitary confinement for months and have been subjected to severe torture and deprivation of their basic rights. Abdul Majid Paidar, a 30-year-old political prisoner along with Murad Mohammad Del Baluch, have been tortured by intelligence agents through the use of warm glass bottles. They continue to suffer from the ill effects of this torture. Abdul Khaleq Shahuzehi, 32, another Baluch political prisoner has been in jail for seven years. He has been denied visits and any kind of contact with his family in recent months. Abdullah Ghanbarzehi, 25, is currently detained in the quarantine section of Zahedan Prison.
